Suggested Use

Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid.

Warnings/Cautions

Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 15 years of age. Keep medicines out of children's reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact poison control center immediately. Do not use laxative when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If sudden change in bowel habits persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious conditions. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any medicine, if pregnant or nursing a baby, seek advice of a health professional before using this product. This package is not child resistant. Not suitable for homes with small children. NOTICE: This product contains Aloe Vera, Buckhorn and Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Aloe Vera, Buckhorn and Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea of if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication of have a medical condition. CAUTION: Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persist over 2 weeks.
