Suggested Use

Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take 2 capsules at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Children 8 to under 15 years of age: Take 1 capsule at bedtime with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Not recommended for children under 8 years of age. Indications: For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

NOTICE: This product contains Aloe Vera and Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Aloe Vera and Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. CAUTION: Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persist over 2 weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Not for use during pregnancy. Not recommended for children.
