This product is a complex of phospholipid nutrients and fatty acids derived from soy lecithin, and provided in oil soluble softgels perfect for proper delivery of this product.

Suggested Use

Take 1 softgel three times daily for one month, then two times daily thereafter. Best results are obtained with continuous use.

Does Not Contain

Yeast, Milk, Lactose, Wheat, Sugar, Corn.

Warnings/Cautions

In rare case, large doses (200 mg or higher per single dose) can lead to nausea when taken on an empty stomach, due to its stimulation of dopamine release. Taking PS with meals alleviates this problem. Taking PS just before going to bed may delay falling asleep.
