Suggested Use

Adults and children over 15 years of age: Oral dosage is 12 to 50 milligrams once or twice daily. Take four or five capsules at bedtime, or as needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice, or other liquid.

Warnings/Cautions

Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding and lack of a bowel movement may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. As with any medication if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all medications out of children's reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
