Suggested Use

1st week: 1/4 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 2nd week: 1/2 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 3rd week: 3/4 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 4th week: 1 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 5th week: 1 1/4 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 6th week: 1 1/2 teaspoon in 32 oz. distilled water, drink 4 oz. every hour. 1 teaspoon thereafter. May substitute the 4 oz. every hour for 8 oz. four times a day.

Warnings/Cautions

Strong Oxidizer, avoid contact with eyes, keep out of reach of children. First Aid: In case of contact, immediately flush skin or eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

Pros I'm using it for bleaching tile grout. I might try it for health. It didn't fizz on contact but did a great job with no effort. I will also use it as a disinfectant for saxophone mouthpieces and reeds.

Pros Seems very pure. Useful for so many things - disinfecting kitchen and bath, cleaning vegetables and toothbrushes, cleansing laundry and air of odors (dilute and put in spray bottle). Great brand that I trust.

Cons None really, but this strength can burn skin and eyes so must be very cardful, use gloves, and be sure to dilute.
