WebVitamins proudly partners with the following carriers.

Domestic Shipping (lower 48 states)

WebVitamins has flat shipping & handling fees for all orders up to $99 in merchandise value. For orders over $99 standard shipping is free, with the following exception: Certain products carry an additional per-item shipping fee due to their weight. These products are identified by an asterisk (*) after their description. The per-item shipping & handling fee for such items is noted at the bottom of the product's description. This additional shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders containing these products, including orders over $99.

Standard Shipping - $5.99 $3.99 (for a limited time)

WebVitamins will choose the shipping method. Your order will be shipped by one of the following methods: DHL Smartpost, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or the U.S. Postal Service. Orders over $99 will ship for free (with certain exceptions, see above).

NOTE: Shipments to a P.O. Box cannot be sent via "Standard Shipping".

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico - $7.99

For all orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. - including Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam - shipping will cost $7.99.

Military Addresses (APO and FPO) - $7.99

Shipments to APO, FPO addresses may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

UPS Ground - $7.99

UPS will deliver the package using its standard ground service.

Postal Delivery - $7.99

The U.S. Postal Service delivers the package to its final destination.

3-Day Shipping - $8.99 and up

WebVitamins will choose the shipping method. Your order will be shipped by either FedEx Express Saver, or FedEx Ground (when the shipping address is within a 3-day delivery zone).

2-Day Shipping - $14.99 and up

WebVitamins will choose the shipping method. Your order will be shipped by either FexEx 2-Day Ecomony, FedEx Ground (when the shipping address is within a 2-day delivery zone).

International Shipping

International shipping rates are estimated. If the actual cost of shipping differs significantly from the price quoted, we retain the right to adjust your order and contact you for approval prior to shipping. If the web site is unable to estimate a shipping charge, you will receive a quote after placing the order.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

1. Purchaser assumes risk for any and all product confiscated by customs. WebVitamins cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import. Purchaser is responsible for your country's customs or taxes.
2. In the event an order is returned to WebVitamins by Customs, refund is limited to 75% of purchase price of the product returned. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable.

Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, or Canada

When shipping to these countries, you must confirm that customs will allow import of the products you are ordering. Please contact your local customs agency for regulations.

The following types of product have been held by customs in the past: acetyl-l carnitine, anabolic substances, androstenedione, catnitine, DHEA, DMSO, glandulars, hoodia gordonii, human growth hormone, kava, melatonin, pregnenalone, same e, tryptophan, vitamin k, yohimbe, yohimbine.

Shipping to Germany or Switzerland

Shipments to these countries are often delayed by customs. Before ordering, please contact your local customs agency to insure that your order will reach you in a timely manner.

International Shipping Restrictions

Pure Encapsulations products cannot be shipped outside the United States.
